2016 – 17 Tuition and Fee Policies
The following are the tuition and fee policies. Please read and understand them. When you are ready you can download the PDF version, print it, fill it out completely and send your signed version back to us. Thank you.
The annual $125.00 non-refundable REGISTRATION FEE must be paid in full at the time of enrollment, as well as in FEBRUARY for the upcoming school year.
For elementary students, the annual $550.00 non-refundable CURRICULUM FEE can be paid in full or paid in two installments, in MARCH and MAY.
For elementary students, the annual TERRANOVA STANDARDIZED TESTING FEE is $30.00 and due in April.
All returned checks will incur a $25.00 RETURN CHECK FEE. After two returned checks, only cash or money orders will be accepted forms of payment.
All accounts participating in automated tuition and fee payments by either VISA or MasterCard credit/debit card or electronic fund transfers, will incur a $6.00 WEEKLY fee.
After two declined credit card payments, only cash or money orders will be accepted forms of payment.
Pickup time for half day students is NOON. A LATE FEE of $1.00 per minute will be charged for half students picked up after NOON. Payment is due at time of pickup.
SCHOOL CLOSES at 5:00 p.m. SHARP. A LATE FEE of $1.00 per minute will be charged for students picked up after 5:00 p.m. Payment is due at time of pickup.
All accounts continuing to pay by CASH or CHECK, please review the Tuition Schedule for payment dates. Payment should reflect your UPCOMING 2-week or 4-week tuition.
All accounts participating in automated tuition and fee payments by either VISA or MasterCard credit/debit card or electronic fund transfers, will be charged WEEKLY for tuition payments.
A LATE FEE of $25.00 will be charged to ALL ACCOUNTS if tuition is not paid in full by Wednesday of their respective billing cycle.
A delinquent account of more than TWO WEEKS could result in dismissal.
The school year tuition is divided up evenly over 41 weeks. Please note that THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TUITION REDUCTIONS for absences, holidays, winter break, spring break, or any temporary reduction in days or hours of attendance.
In the event of withdrawal OR vacation, tuition must be PAID IN ADVANCE before your departure.
Parent/Legal Guardian must complete a WITHDRAWAL FORM, as well as provide a TWO WEEK NOTICE, in order to withdraw their student from school.

Dear Good Samaritan Parents,
Once again, FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for GSCA for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.
Applicants apply online at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4JQMV. The deadline for the submissions of applications will be in May 2017. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
Copies of your 2015 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online. Documentation can also be faxed to (866) 315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.

If you find it financially difficult to provide your child a private Christian education, this is just a reminder that we are now accepting financial aid applications online at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid.
The deadline for submissions of applications is in May 2016. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. FACTS will determine the dollar amount and which families will receive a scholarship.
Additionally, families awarded scholarship dollars ARE REQUIRED to volunteer throughout the school year which can include but is not limited to lunch room duties, playground monitor, Before and/or After School program and volunteering in classrooms,
